Study Work and Travel is registered Australian business that sells products and services to travel agents and travellers in over 30 countries. Australias privacy laws are very strict and we take them very seriously. We also respect the privacy laws of the countries where we do business.

Our policy is that we DO NOT share, rent, or lend your email address or any personal information we have gathered from you to anyone. In some situations we will use the information, such as your home telephone number, for the purpose of contacting your family in the event that something should go wrong and we need to pass this information on to the Australian Police or staff from your home country Embassy here in Australia. We will only pass this on if requested to do so by you or  properly identified members of the Australian Police or local Consular/Embassy staff. This is because part of our service is to be a local support service for our customers during their stay in Australia.
